Who is the Gun Whisperer?
A 23-year Marine Corps veteran, competition shooter, gun writer, and SIG SAUER Certified Master Pistol Instructor and Master Rifle Instructor, Howard “Chip” Hall is the Gun Whisperer LLC Owner and Chief Instructor. Distinguishing himself in firearms proficiency in his military career, he earned Bronze and Silver medals in the 2012 and 2013 All-Navy Pistol matches. Concurrently, he is an ardent competitor in the United States Practical Shooting Association, NRA Bulls-eye Pistol, NRA F-Class long range rifle, Amateur Trapshooting Association, and National Skeet Shooting Association. For many years now, Hall has combined his passions for shooting, ballistics, competition, and instruction to serve the general public as a Master Firearms Instructor.
